Location, Size of rooms

Bed wasn't sturdy. Weak frame bed making a lot of squeaks. The mountain view was blocked by hotel front terrace

A good location , lots of space for a family, comfortable - minus the beds :(

The beds are really uncomfortable and old. Pool is small . Elevator broken in last day .

Nothing. It was a terrible experience.

Dated apartment with no blinds/transparent window coverings! Light poured in at sunrise. Shower didn't get hot. Only toilet seat was designed for wheelchairs and abnormally high off the ground. Deceptively marketed as a hotel when it is actually a condo complex. No amenities and no ability to change rooms. Location is nowhere near the various shuttles dropoff. Thus impossible to walk to with luggage and ski equipment; requires additional cab or bus ride. Staff was rude and completely incompetent.

The location is really great! The service staff at the counter are very friendly.

But the room is so dusty, it feels like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time, the sofa bed is old, the mattress has sunk in the middle, the sheets are dirty, the master bedroom bathroom feels old and hasn't been used for a long time, the water from the shower head is dirty Water, I dare not use it, the other bathroom has been refurbished and there is no such problem, but the bathroom floor, countertops and drawers are very dusty, and it took me 20 minutes to clean it.

The Laundry Facilities were not operational. The 1 washing machine was broke. Poor facility for the size of the building. The 1 elevator was not operational. Always a wait. The kitchen was very small and no dishwasher.

It is close to the ski lifts.

The unit is in serious need of some upkeep. The shower is mouldy and the carpets are dirty and stained. The dishes are inadequate and many are chipped.

No hot water! Poor cooking facilities ! Sofa bed that didn’t fold away! Not a Deluxe apartment as advertised and for price of $500/ £300 per night

Overall excellent location. The master bed was advertised as a queen and it was a tiny full size. Had the description been accurate, we would have booked a different property. Daily Parking cost of $C25 was not posted as well nor was the fact they had a pool and hot tub.
