We loved this friendly small hotel in Victoria. The staff are very helpful and the room 410 exceeded our expectations. It was very well equipped and maintained.
We only had bar snacks and a drink so our restaurant experience was limited
It is very convenient being close to the harbour and all the restaurants and bars in Government St
They easily called taxis for us as we didn’t have a car
We would recommend it to couples and families

our view was into a brick wall. we booked because of the pictures of the floor to ceiling windows but we had no view. very didsappointing

the property was very nice, staff very friendly. the only complaint that I have is that if I booked with the hotel, breakfast was included, booking through booking.com, it was not. the difference in price wasn’t that much. I don’t see why breakfast would not be included for all bookings.

The room had a nice view and a separate sitting area. The location was exceptional. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
The TV was old and picture not great. The bed was a little too firm. Expensive parking.
