City break

Absoutely superb location, within 5 minutes walk of the harbour. Beatrix was very helpful and got back to me really quickly when I had questions. We had a lovely stay.

From the condo we were able to walk through Chinatown and back through several market areas. The location is perfect.

The location was perfect. The sound of the water in the courtyard covered the sound of the city, which made it quite peaceful. Martin was charming and welcoming. We got in later in the evening and he guided us to a nice local restaurant.

Overall very good location and host!

Great location. Spacious. Comfortable beds. Nice balcony overlooking a beautiful courtyard. Host was very accommodating and communicated well.

Some of the furniture and decor is in need of an update. Our kids mentioned it was like going to grandmas house in the 90s.

A very comfortable and quiet apartment in a very convenient location to parks and restaurants. Comfortable beds.

Some maintenance is required, eg, kitchen power point, shower head in the main bathroom, master bedroom window lock missing, unable to close, damaged venetian blinds needing repair.

We loved our stay and to be so close to the city with a space to park our friends car. Very enjoya.

Martin was so helpful and courteous and showed us all we needed to know about and more.

Perhaps a ‘starter pack’ (eg milk, tea & coffee) upon arrival would have been good.

Beds and pillows are super comfortable .

Excellent location ,everything within walking distance . The apartment is spotless.

Living room is a bit small for full size sofa , a recliner chair and a set of dinning table with 4 chairs.

Awesome, this is my first choice to stay every time I need to stay in Victoria.

Easy walking distance to everything, great view, nicely sized condo and all amenities available.

Could use a little paint here and there but only a minor detail and doesn’t detract from the ambiance of the place.

Excellent location

Excellent location if you want to park your car and explore Victoria on foot. The apartment is very close to Downtown attractions and a lot of great restaurants. It was very clean and quiet. A friendly host representative met us at the location and answered all our questions. A free parking spot is included.

Good location for spacious apartment

Good location close to harbour. Spacious accommodation with added bonus of washing machine and tumble dryer. Plenty of storage space in bedrooms. Secure underground parking. After three weeks of staying in hotels, it was lovely to have soft toilet paper!!

Room was not ready when we arrived. Cleaner did not vacate until after 6pm! No cupboard space to put own food provisions in kitchen. Although very plentiful, pans could do with sorting to match lids and ease access.

Everything you need to feel like home

Location is great! Close to everything yet quiet. There is everything we need and the owner is super helpful.

Some of the towels has marks. The blinds in the bedroom was a bit broken so it's not super dark at night. Although it doesn't affect sleep.

REMAINS A GOOD VALUE.

Excellent location. Clean unit with a great view. Five minute walk to Parliament, Royal Museum, bus stops and downtown tourist areas! No car needed, although they do provide secure parking as well.
