The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The whirlpool was clean and worked great. Staff were friendly and easy to reach. There was an iron and hairdryer in the room as well.

The fan in our room was extremely loud and kept us up all night. I should have spent more time looking for a better deal at another hotel. front desk didn’t seem to care about my response when she asked how my night was.

House keeping knocked on the door twice prior to checkout time.

Great for the price. Very good amenities like the indoor pool, the gym and spacious car parking. The rooms were big enough as I took a room for 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 4 years). The beds are super comfy and in room amenities are great, especially the microwave oven. If you have a transit, this is the place

The house keeping service as I guess it is all over Canada. Full room cleaning is only applied after several days. For day to day service, they provide only trash can emptying, towels, and washroom requirements. The next day I have asked for the limited housekeeping service and it was provided adequately But for later days, I was given a hard time as I was told that it should be booked 24 hours in advance. The front disk told me to keep the filled trash cans outside the doors, but the house keeping staff asked me not to do so. So, it was really obvisous that there is no co-ordination of operations at some level in the hotel
