The location is perfect! In the middle of Times Square, near Central park. The staff is very helpful, very energic and gives you all the explanations you need

The breakfast is not well diversified and could be better

Chambres au 41ème étage, très bien équipées et propres. Le lit est très confortable. On entend bien le bruit de Times Square mais cela fait partie de l'ambiance. L'accès par les ascenseurs extérieurs dans le lobby est spectaculaire.

Le petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est.

Room service. Plastic containers and silverwear??

They stole my kids apple watch. Tried to downgrade my room on the sly. Tried delivering a crib we never asked for. A nice pile of crushed nuts was waiting for us in carpet in front of room. Tried to only deliver kids bags to room because adults weren’t present. Waited 5 minutes and stared at 3 valets that wouldn’t move because it wasn’t their turn.

Top Lage. Sehr speditiver Service in allen Restaurants. Gute Ausstattung der Zimmer. Ausser das im Badezimmer Gläser für die Zahnbürste etc. fehlen, was wir uns in Europa nicht gewöhnt sind.

Dass die minibar leer war und die Kaffeemaschine nicht brauchbar ist, da kein Wassertank vorhanden war. Die Herzlichkeit des Personals fehlte. Ist wahrscheinlich in diesen grossen Hotelketten im 4 Sterne Bereich so.

Room was excellent, I got a King Room for one. Very comfortable and good size. The staff member at check-in got me a pretty high floor room and my view was nice. I was pleasantly surprised about the $30 consumption bonus per day on the hotel's restaurant and room service.

The location used to be the best but not anymore … The quality of the service but not any more … the services in the property are terrible and the one who work are half of the quality they use to be

The concierge is a referral agent not at your service … Like many other like the lobby at the street and the security team … But now the property is soo crowded imposible

The property was in a great location, it was clean, and every single employee was nice. Except for the city desk guys.

The city desk guys were aloof and offputting. They were kind of grumpy. I felt like I was imposing on their time when I went to ask questions. My only thought was, those guys are not Marriott employees.

Good size room for NYC. 2 doubles plus a sofa bed gave a family of 4 plenty of room. Location right off Times Square, surrounded by Broadway theatres. Very big and busy hotel but works well, lifts very good, check in smooth, no issues. Did not have breakfast at hotel as so many good diners close by.

No issues. Haven't given a higher review as don't think the size of this hotel would suit everyone. Conferences, school trips and generally very busy.

The hotel is in a great spot exceptional bar with incredible bartenders especially Wilfredo made everyone feel welcome and big plus to the 8 th floor bar with beautiful view of time square.

Le service n’est même pas digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles, personnel non à l’écoute.

Le cadre idyllique et magnifique. Nous avions une chambre vue sur Time Square. L’ascenseur de verre est exceptionnel c’est une expérience à vivre.

L’absence d’un mini bar avec des produits dedans, d’ordinaire dans les hôtels, des cafés, des bouteilles d’eaux sont offertes à l’arrivée peut importe le pays ici rien, juste deux verres sur un plateau. C’est dommage pour un hôtel comme le Marriott.

Did not get the room I booked and prepaid. Room I was given and had no choice but to accept did not accommodate the number of people in my family so we made do with sleeping on a cot and chaise in the room in addition to the one bed. I had paid for a room with two beds.

Great beds, great location

Concierge was wrong with his subway information. We inquired about the 7 day unlimited pass and he said they no longer offered it. He advised to swipe each time with a credit card. After our third day of using the subway and our credit card we found out there is a $34 - 7 days unlimited pass. It would have saved our family of 5 $120

I liked the view. But I did pay an extra 125 for such view they said the room was ready.

My safe was closed and locked so I could not use it. There were not enough towels. We checked out before 11 so that we were not late and chose to have our bags stored. However after we checked out we had not used our 40.00 credit and staff told us it was too late to do so. I have traveled for years and used Marriott exclusively, however I have not travelled in the last 16 years because of family issues. I am now able to travel more and I am not certain I will remain loyal to Marriott. I did not feel as though the service was as great as it used to be. I was very saddened by this.

I loved being right in the heart of Times Square. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Times Square.

The noise in the hallway and from lower levels of the hotel that sounded like they were in the room with me made it difficult to sleep. The noise from outside is to be expected but the noise in the hallways was unexpected.

En considération de la situation actuelle, je sollicite également votre assistance pour trouver une solution alternative dans un établissement de qualité similaire.
