It was great for us to get there late and still be able to use the pool. It was nice after feeling gross after the trip. The management let us stay longer than it is normally open. They were very friendly and very kind

The parking was a bit off (crowded and oddly placed)

It was budget and clean. It had air conditioning and a non skid mat in the bath for the shower.

Needs a bit of tender loving care. Would be nice to have a matching full set of cutlery and crockery including glasses and wine glasses.

The front desk agent was friendly when I checked in, I guess he lives above the office. They were too distracted to even say thank you on my way out, though. I waited a few minutes then came back, there was some kind of fuss with a regular so I just left the keys and walked away. The towels appeared clean. The small A/C unit worked fine.

The floor was filthy, my feet were black after walking around for just a few moments without my sandals. The cups... they were brand new, so brand new that they had dollar store stickers on them: and not the bottom, like around the lip of the cups - you could tell they were never once washed after purchase. The microwave didn't work. The TV was unable to operate regular cable, only by signing into a personal streaming account - and I didn't try that so I don't know if that worked, either.

Not only did booking.com take payment, but the property reservation desk person called me to inform me that they not only DID NOT have the room I had booked, and did not know how to take payment for the room from Booking, so I would have to pay AGAIN. When I called the manager to ask for a refund, he was rude, did nothing to make the situation right and told me I would have to go through booking.com to get the refund. WORST customer service ever, would NOT recommend.

The beds were very comfortable and as we were there to move my parents and the motel was a short drive from their home it was very convenient

The place could have been much cleaner. The bathroom especially! The tub bottom was literally streaked with black. A good scrub brush and some comet would have done wonders for it. Ditto for the mouldy spots on the grout. This was a 2 bedroom suite with a fridge and stove, dishes, etc. The fridge had not been wiped out after the previous occupant had used it, so definitely not disinfected. There was a coffee maker but no coffee or filters provided. A tee towel or paper towels would have helped also. This is an older motel so the carpets need to be removed/replaced with something easier to keep clean and the entire cleaning regimen could use an overhaul. Covid or not! My husband had stayed in a room at the other end of the place 2 years previous and said it was much cleaner at that time and that there were different owners then also. Also, we were there 7 days and never had staff in the room to change sheets or clean or offer fresh towels. We finally asked for clean towels a couple of days before we left!
