The hotel was great but what really made it, was the staff and how friendly they where. Unfortunately I forget her name but the women who runs the restaurant for breakfast was so nice and could not do enough for us, I will certainly return.

We're very upset with the truck situation, the stuff at hotel made it will better, provided special treats for the kids and Perrier in our room. Also housekeeping stuff helped us to take care of dishes, exceptional.

It was perfect location. Very peaceful. Fantastic restaurant. We've also stayed at the Prestige in Nelson and that was great, too. Keep up the good work, Prestige!

This was a conveniently located hotel, not far from the Tesla chargers. The room was spacious, very quiet and comfortable. A kettle was provided upon our request. A coupon for use at the restaurant was offered, which was appreciated. There is a mall across the highway with a grocery store and pharmacy.

We wanted to rent bikes and do a bit of exploring. The front desk clerk tried to be helpful, but didn't know much about that, and time did not allow us to research on our own. It would be nice for staff to have more information on hand (eg. there is bicycle rental down near the beach at Kalamalka lake, handy to the Okanagan Rail trail). There is a $300 damage deposit applied to all customers at this hotel, which took us by surprise as we weren't travelling with a pet; however, this was refunded promptly after checkout.

I missed not having a compliamentry coffee in the foyer or rooms🥲
