Difficult to find things even with map

Only double beds, expensive and noisy, noisy, noisy! "Upgraded" to the Ali'i after booking another tower and asking for a quiet room. Every night was loud music from nearby bar until after 10 which is a no go with young children.

The beach was entirely too busy to be relaxing and there were a lot of rocks that made it uncomfortable to walk in and out of the water. The food wasn’t good.

A/C has been breaking down and leaking all over the floor in 2 rooms that we kept on switching in arrival & with a sleeping baby at night and my mom. Very dissatisfied.

Loved the location. Walking access to many things. Pretty grounds.

I purchased the family suite and it was chosen from pictures provided by the resort... the room we received was NOT the room I purchased. Disappointed in the room. I paid for one thing and got something totally different and not the quality I wanted.

Location in the heart of Waikiki. I liked being in the Ali’i Tower with a view of the pool and partial view of the ocean. The room was wonderfully decorated and clean. It was so spacious!

The parking fee to park overnight I thought was pretty high.

The location of the property was good. We had a partial ocean view room.

This property has many buildings, it is a lot of people in a little area. The whole time we were there we could never find any available chairs at any of the pools. The beach area was packed. If you wanted a chair on the beach you had to pay for it which seems ridiculous for the amount you have to pay for the rooms. All restaurants on the property were very expensive for what you get.

Outdated place. Water pressure was weak and the toilet wasn’t working properly.

The amenities were fantastic!

The seats out on the balcony are very uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have comfortable seating outside.

The location. Right on the beach, and the many pools to swim in.

Too busy. Way too many people at times. The elevators were so slow and you couldn’t even fit in (especially after the fireworks) we had to get the 4th one back up to our room and wait around downstairs with the children.

It’s an older hotel that has seen better days. The cost of the hotel is outrageous compared to other hotels close by.

Upgraded to a corner suite on the 22nd floor. had an amazing veiw of Diamond Head.

1. No te ponen ni siquiera aguas de cortesía. 2. Al momento del check-out te cobran un fee de 50 usd + taxes por día uso del resort que debería venir incluido en el precio (adicional a los taxes que normalmente cobran al llegar) 3. La limpieza de los baños es mala porque el resort está abierto al público y cualquier persona puede entrar a consumir. 4. Se escucha mucho ruido con las habitaciones contiguas porque las paredes son como tablaroca y hay puertas internas para compartir. 5. La vista al mar de mi habitación era solo asomándote desde una esquina del balcón

Kids pool slides were never opened up same time, pool towel card system was a pain specially after hours to collect and return.

The rooms were very clean. Very friendly staff.

A refrigerator that doesn't require you to turn it on every 2 hours and complimentary waters

The valet guys were great

Front desk staff and concierge were not overly helpful and more interested in getting us to go to an info session

Proximity of everything was good. Great info from the team there. Jenn in particular from the concierge desk was great. Beautiful view over waikiki beach from our room in Ali'i tower.

We stayed in the Ali'i tower. I guess for the $ per night I expected something more updated. It could do with a spruce up. Overall fine. The pools are not heated (I think the one with the slides might be, but it's full of kids of course) and were COLD. The adults only pool in Kalia tower had a hot pool but it was gross. Don't do the 'tour' if it's offered. It's a 2 hour sales pitch where they try to get you to buy what is essentially an updated version of a timeshare.

Great location and nice rooms

The property was beautiful. The staff in every department was very nice, professional, friendly, just absolutely made you feel very welcome. Absolutely made our stay very enjoyable!!

The beds in the Rainbow Tower could use improvements. They are not the most comfortable. Feel a bit dated. Our balcony table was broken did call to have it replaced. They brought another table and the second one was cracked but at least this glass wasn’t broken like the last table. The coffee was terrible in taste. Could have better tasting coffee to be able to enjoy the morning sunrise on the beach front patio. Also I really wish the service in the cups were set up for four in the room, since our reservation was for four and not two. Just small details that mean a lot when you’re staying for five days. Last but not least would loved it if the room had a small microwave. I eat very little at time and then get hungry again. Wish I can reheat my leftovers instead of having to eat them cold. Just small details to a room that make a big difference in comfort when you’re already paying so much money.

The location was amazing. The beach, the pools were great. One of the best trips we have had!

The elevators.

Central walkable location to beaches and shopping. Close to many restaurants/shops and close to Ala Moana.

My girlfriend is 7 months pregnant and we were locked out due to a mechanical failure of the hotel room door. We had to wait almost 40 minutes outside of our hotel room for maintenance to let us back in.

Family kid friendly.

La ubicación es perfecta! La vista hermosa.

Demasiado caro para las condiciones de la habitación .. necesita pintura y mantenimiento en sus muebles !! La limpieza diaria dejaba mucho que desear!! No nos dejaban toallas , ni jabón , no sacaban la basura
