The loft we rented was a great location. Close to restaurants and within walking distant to attractions. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The loft itself is very cute , clean and modern.

It was a bit noisy due to some construction nearby. But that was during daytime hours so it didn’t bother us. The only way to access the loft is to climb steps. The staff gladly brings luggage up for you and the steps were not too bad as long as your healthy and able. Also note that check in is at the main hotel and you need to walk a block or two to the loft. There was a parking fee and valet service is the only way to park and get your car. Honestly, we didn’t even use our car during the three days. So many things are within walking distance and we used a taxi for those that weren’t

with creaky wooden floors, I could hear my neighbour above but I recognize that is the sacrifice for the old world charm of a heritage building.

The Loft was in a perfect location to everything you would need. Ot was close to shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. The loft was clean and very comfortable. The little kitchen area was nice to have. Nothing was outdated. We chose a European room so it was on an upper floor with steps.

- staff was rude and unaccommodating (except for Fabien) - you have to beg them so they clean the apartment - generally the service experience in Montreal was quite appalling - no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage and stroller it is a challenge - no balcony - loud surroundings especially on weekends - their waitress at their terrace was particularly rude with us because we had strollers and was rolling her eyes at us, wanting to seat us in the back of the terrace as outcasts knowing there was seats at the view side

This was a really nice stay. The lofts are about 100 m away from the main hotel, but they carry your bags for you to the room. The lofts do not have daily cleaning (which was fine, but it's good to know). Full kitchen was great and the bathroom was spotless. Loved the rainhead shower with great water pressure. Bonus for the high end toiletries. And try the rooftop terrace at the main hotel for an end of day drink (amazing view).

This may have been written, but I don't remember. The lofts are in a walk-up building and we were on the top floor. We loved the view and the light (and the quiet), but it was a bit of a grind each day to climb those stairs.

Concierge was friendly and helpful. Valet to help with bags, which was helpful. A convenient location for sightseeing.

Separate building from the lofts, about a 3-5 min walk. No elevator. The loft itself is big, but dark inside and lots of noise from the street until about 1-1:30 am.
