Bed were comfy & TV with the option to sign into Netflix & Amazon Video was really nice
The water temperature in our room (for the shower) was either extremely hot or ice cold. We let it run for a little bit but unfortunately it never regulated.

The location was perfect for us; across the street from Vaughn Mills and within walking distance to Canada’s Wonderland.

Loved the social areas, pool open until 11:00pm lounge and bar, as well as billiard table.
Bottom of shower had small amount of soap scum and no EV Charging stations for hybrid parking.

Nice staff and great pool for kids. Free parking was a plus. Overall room layout unique and highly functional. Has feeling of upscale stay.
Two main issues - walls are paper thin - could hear room next door like they were in out room (they were not being ‘extra’ loud). TV was beyond slow to respond to controller - just a cheap brand/tech.

close to amenities which was convenient
floors in hallways were dirty, staff not as efficient / friendly as other hotels we stay in with our son when we travel for sick kids. the pool was perfect temperature and clean. slightly disappointed compare to stays at other hotels

stayed here multiple times, it’s perfect for a shopping trip to Vaughan mills or to access the Vaughan or 407 subway stations for a cheaper alternative to getting downtown. the lounge area is very nice and cozy, and the rooms are exceptional. lots of space and very comfortable and clean. staff are always lovely.
not walking distance to anything other than the mall but this should be expected

the bathroom looked nice
the toilet was broken when we got there. The cleaner never came into our room at all during the 3 days we were there to empty the garbage, put new towels or fix the bed.
