When we checked.were told our resurvation was cancelled.we were told we had to contact booking.com to have it reversed.took foreverto find aphone # to call.when we did get a hold of someone we were told our reservation was still live.took awhile but she gave us anew confermation# that worked.we were in the system the whole time.if they had tryed they would have found it.they had me do their job for them.the next day we left early for the day.we got back and found the room had not been made up.called housekeeping and was told that we needed to call 24 hours in advance for housekeeping services have never heard anything so screwed up in my life.will never stay there or at any hilton again

There was a little mold in the bathroom. It was difficult to get out of the ramp.

close to convention center. great restaurant options (Starbucks, steakhouse and casual dining). good food. room walls thin, could hear neighbors up all night. building historic and quaint.

EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room size was good and bathroom nicely appointed. I liked that there were three options for food. The pub served reasonably priced meals and had a good atmosphere.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. There were marks on the mirror, dust on a shelf, no back on TV remote. The breakfast was a bit overpriced for the offerings.

We had to wait for our room for 15-20 minutes, so our representative gave us complimentary breakfast for the following morning. That was very kind.

An Army Veteran discount would have been nice.

Room service/housekeeping policy of not cleaning every day/cleaning only when requested. Elevators are efficient and don't need passkey like newer hotels. Parking & eating able to be put on room bill.

Air conditioning was a bit noisy. Breakfast selection was the same every day and pastries could have been better quality.

It was very nice clean luxurious!! My husband is disabled they assisted in easier accommodations

The price was astronomical for a very basic room with a VERY uncomfortable bed.

my bedsheets had blood in it. the rug by the nightstand was soaking wet. Has to put some wash towels on it so I wouldn’t feel the wetness. We were to tired the night we arrived, and we just wanted to go to bed. That’s why we didn’t call the front desk.

We loved that we were downtown. It was very convenient. There was a tattoo convention happening. So while we waited for our room to be ready, we went there.

We arrived around 4:30pm and our room wasn't ready until closer to 6pm. Luckily we were downtown and able to stay busy.

The staff for the most part was extremely helpful and assisted with any questions we had. For an older hotel in town they have kept the rooms fairly updated.

The mattress itself was extremely uncomfortable (just not my preference, might be others), continuously felt like I was being rolled out of bed just laying down. Cleanliness of our room could have been better, 1 trash can was not emptied from previous guests and toilet hadn’t been cleaned. For what we paid for a single night stay, then to be tacked on an additional parking charge, I really hoped for a room that didn’t feel like it was lived in when we got there. I’m certain this isn’t always the case.
