Seemed like old luxury. Lots of space but needs a little updating. Breakfast was awesome!

My kids loved the glass elevators. The complimentary breakfast was quite good. I liked the gym and pool area and all the Christmas decor. I liked the size of the room with the additional sitting room area.

It is obviously quite old and needs some updating. The curtains in my room had started flaking, the bathroom tissue holder is rusting and the carpet needs updating.

NO puedo decir algo positivo por que el precio es elevado para lo que se ofrece.

Habitación sucia. NO hay higiene. Jabones y cremas abiertos. Almohada embarrada con saliva o mocos. Muebles con polvo y suciedad. Estuve en este hotel hace muchos años y ya no es lo que era. Es un hotel antiguo y lo tomé en cuenta pero realmente me decepcionó la higiene del lugar. Alfombras manchadas con olor a humedad.

Disappointing

Nothing really, didn't expect much for the price but it's was worse than i thought.

People smoking weed on premises, and even though i told the management they didn't care really, supposedly is a none smoking rooms

You won't be disappointed

The location is convenient to all of our appointments. The price is exceptional for the quality of facilities & staff! Love the water fountains inside & out. Plan on using the pool, next time I stay!! The breakfast could use some variety! The wifi is great & the beds and pillows are comfortable too!

Want to stay in a renovated room. And we are always booked on the 3rd floor and we would like to stay in different rooms & floors

I would not stay again. The charge quoted was not what was charged by over $20.00

The room was large, clean.

with 3 people in line, it took over half an hour to check in. The keys didn't work on the elevator or the room. Had to replace. The ice machine was not working. The restaurant was closed.

Breakfast

Thr room was not clean. There were beads on the floor from previous guests. Floors appeared as if they hadn't been cleaned at all. There were groups of people sitting outside drinking alcohol and blaring music.

Big rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff but in desperate need of updating.

It is an older property that needs a good facelift and or at least a coat of paint.

my room didn’t have trash bags in the trash cans. None of the housekeepers came to clean my room. I had to find one ask ask for clean towels and washcloths.

did not refund any of my money when I requested for a cancellation 48hrs prior to date. Spent $300 for a room and didn’t even get to stay there.

Uncomfortable and filthy

Beds were filthy, had to call and request new sheets and comforter. The tables and dressers were filthy, you can tell it was not wiped down. Very filthy experience!!! I had toddlers with me and this was not somewhere I felt safe and comfortable with my children.

It should have been way more clean. Clean beds, wiped down better, nothing to watch on the channels that were available

It felt really outdated and run down. I was on the fourth floor and it was bad. They told me I could move to a different floor that had been updated, but I didn’t want to.

Location. Staff was friendly.

The rooms need charging stations for phones. And there were no outlets by the bed. The free breakfast food was terrible. I couldn't even eat it. This hotel needs some upgrades in the room.....

easy parking, reception host has great attitude.

cleanliness, lack of attention to details, no courtesy water bottles, tv didn’t worked, no trash cans, room has a lot of mustiness, not enough towels, breakfast was not good.

Very good

The hotel was very clean, pet friendly(with a fake grass area for dogs to relieve themselves). The staff was very friendly. Good breakfast with a nice variety. Great location to visit Saguaro National Park! The rooms are very spacious!

The bathtub was slow to drain, but not a huge deal.

The room was not very clean. Lots of dirty grout in the bathroom, and the counters were not wiped clean. There were lots of stains on the carpet in the room and throughout the hallway. The lighting in the bonus room was too, too dark
