I have always stayed and enjoyed the Embassy Suites. This time was totally disappointed. They did not accommodate my request and the refrigerator was not working. They didn’t have enough snacks. It was so bad.

the front staff was amazing at check in.

I didn’t like the fact that the pool was closed, with locks, and there were people in the hot tub, naked, having sex!! I called the front desk numerous times and they did nothing. We were there with soccer teams of teen age girls. How horrendous to not do anything about such a disruptive and uncomfortable situation for all. Security was never sent. so disgusting I also did not like that the restaurant was not open to get a quick bite by the pool for lunch. There. are only certain hours. We had to DoorDash food, which was cold.

Bed was great. I loved the size and layout of the room.

The shower didn't drain properly. I asked to have my room cleaned over the 4-day stay, and it never was. The TV remote in the bedroom didn't work.

Great rooms, good location, good breakfast, nice place.

It was very good

The hot tub didn’t work unless I called the front desk to send some one to it Trash was left by doors. The landscaping staff ate lunch in front of rooms. They had a large baseball grp and completely catered to them.

It was clean and roomy. I love the balcony and the full breakfast. I would come back!

The coffee maker in my room wasn’t the greatest. I wish the room had a better coffee machine and enough coffee creamer

The breakfast and dinner was great.

the fact that i didn't get in my room till almost 4pm when i was told i should of had my room by 3pm. and when they did put us in a room it was dirty.

Made to order breakfast of omelettes had a good variety of optional ingredients to make your omelette to your liking. Heated eggs, sausage and potatoes were also available along with options of fruits,waffles, breads and more. Central hotel grounds looked nice with the pool and all but our stay was in December.

Smallish room with unusual layout of a TV on a dresser facing the door and perpendicular to the bed so you need to move the TV out and turn the TV 45 degrees to watch from bed. The Samsung hospitality model TV had no provision for changing inputs at all so Roku could not be used. Very disappointed, poor value for a higher priced hotel establishment. Facility needs more attention to details.
