The location was perfect, just few steps away from the Brickell. The view is amazing. At the reception the guys are really friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. We are satisfied with the apartment.

Fantastic check in, we had an issue at another company and we made this booking at the last minute in an emergency. The ladies at check-in couldn’t have been any more helpful and really managed to turn our weekend around after a disastrous start in Miami after being scammed by a rogue accommodation agent. They put a smile back on our faces and the property was stunning and immaculate.

Property has ample multi floor parking which was almost empty but still they were charging USD 35 / day for valet parking which was unjustified

3rd time visiting. Clean. Good A/C. The pool on the 6th floor is perfect. The staff, food and drinks at the Madison bar were good. Just a short walk from Metromover. It is free and goes to many useful places.

The location was great! Easy to get to most places we wanted to see. Very close to the metro, very close to city bikes stations. Great facilities in the appartement. When we had issues with the AC they fixed it immediately. All staff are responsive and super friendly.

A tea towel in the kitchen would be great addition.

Space of the rooms and location

The shower pressure was very low so it was difficult to take showers. For a property like this one, the showers should be much better.

The daily cleaning of the rooms and accessories are totally exceptional

Is not providing camping bed as requested but the management asking us to pay another $100 a night for the request unlike other big facilities I have stayed in the past.

Everything! The hotel is close to everything, The cleanliness of the property was amazing, the restaurants, the food,the view was outstanding from the balcony, the apartment was well equipped, spacious apartment, beds were comfortable. Staff was excellent from beginning to end!

Location airport and to port of Miami. Very friendly and caring front staff headed by manager Julia. Very clean and stylish spacious well stocked suite with enough elbow room for four adults LOVED the location and views. Loved just to sit on the balcony watch the world go by and relax
