Alles, die Lage, das Ambiente, das sehr gute Frühstück, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber, das Bett super bequem. Die Dusche war ein Highlight. Die freundliche Dame vom Empfang gab uns nützliche Tipps.

This place is everything that's great. It's perfectly located for walking to the falls, along the gorge, uptown. It's gorgeous inside and out. It's spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable. The views from balconies and windows are of the pretty neighbourhood and the always-interesting river. Everyone there is kind, considerate and knowledgeable. Breakfast is amazing. We were blown away by the grandness, but especially by the attention to detail. We can't wait to return!

No sé si me gustó más el hotel o las cataratas. Realmente algo increíble, el personal fue increíblemente amable y el desayuno delicioso. El mejor lugar para quedarse en Niagara, no puedo describir lo hermosa que fue nuestra estancia aquí. Maravilloso. PS. Hasta tiene la dyson en el baño! Increíble!

Beautiful old building being brought back. The location was perfect for us. The made to order breakfast was a wonderful start to each day!

The mattress was very hard. My husband likes a extra firm mattress but this one was too firm even for him. My hips and back like support but I didn’t sleep well at all.

Beautiful room, very comfortable. Close to the waterfalls. Breakfast and pastries are delicious. Very friendly team taking care of us!

Not much... but if there is one tiny small thing.. the morning sun streams right through the window curtain... which is great if you are an early riser... but the option of blinds would be nice too!

I loved staying at Grandview. I stayed in the cutest room and loved the bathroom. It is newly renovated I think and had everything I needed

We enjoyed the staff, very friendly and thoughtful. We liked the location, out of the way but just close enough. Plenty of parking. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. We liked having the access to the gardens and outside porch in the common area. We had booked just one night and added a second with no issues and staff accommodated us gracefully. The house itself was what drew us to the area. The updates on this beautiful victorian home was in very good taste. Keeping in with the integate of the era.

Upon entering the room our first impression was very luxurious and spacious. We thought the shower area was impressive. After settling in. The room was not very functional. There was no counter space in the bathroom. I had to pull one of the side tables into the bathroom. No fridge to put our drinks in. We had to go to the common area for ice which was limited to a small personal ice maker. No luggage rack, seating area faced the faceplace that didn't work and was very dirty inside. The only place to sit and watch tv was in bed. The garden area wasn't kept up and was overgrown with weeds and wasn't very inviting as nothing was set up. That was disappointing. In viewing the rest of the grounds we noticed none of the gardens or urn planters had been attended to.
