Très bon emplacement, proche des bus et à 45 minutes à pied du Golden gate, dans un quartier safe avec restos et supermarché proche. Chambre propre, et petit déjeuner à la réception le matin.

We arrived Friday afternoon. We were placed on first level. All rooms were to the outside. The noise was atrocious & we did not feel safe. We checked out early to switch hotels. Disappointed.

Man hört jedes Gespräch aus dem Nachbarzimmer und wenn die Gäste über einem durch ihr Zimmer gehen. Das kann einem selbst wenn man Ohrenstöpsel hat die Nacht versauen. Hatten einen Gast neben uns der bis 3 Uhr nachts durchgehend mit seiner Partnerin geredet hat..

la ubicacion es excelente para moverte por san francisco. En una zona que yo encontré muy segura incluso por la noche cunado llegamos. La amabilidad del dueño es extraordinaria. Está en la Marina, en la otra punta de las casas de Padres forzosos (pink laidies)

la habitación es muy pequeña para 4 personas, pero supongo que es el precio que has de pagar por alojarte en san francisco.

Friendly staff, you can park your car, Wi-Fi works well. It is close to some popular places, you can easily walk or use bus.

There were small flies in the room.

Close to Coffee and restaurant shops

Location, we had to get up at 4am to go watch our son run the SF marathon, it was so easy to walk down to the Presidio! Staff was very nice.

Parking was not guaranteed, one night we had to park on the street which, in San Francisco, is always a challenge. Shower didn't have a shelf for soap or shampoo. I've never seen a shower without a place to put your soap! The power outlet next to the bed required the light to be on to work which made it impossible to charge phone overnight.

Very noisy street, even with all windows and blinds shut. No possibility of leaving the luggage before check-in nor after check-out: really inconvenient. Rooms not very clean. Bathroom door would not shut.

Great location. Walking distance to Marina District and Lombard St, Fisherman’s wharf. Parking was included.

staff !! the lady at the reception , she was not friendly, my husband wanted to check in... the reservation was in my name. we have the same last name, cause we are FAMILY !!!! I was in the car breastfeeding our baby, she yelled at him that she just wants me to check in and not him etc. terrible!!! WTF ? We have not experienced. We have been around the world a lot. We will not forget this stay , totally unprofessional, she shoud better be trained how to deal with guests in the hotel business.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Morning juice and coffee available. Room facilities were good. Location was ok.

Alot of marks on the walls. Had abit of a funny smell when first walked in the room. Very noisey water system. Very very loud pipe or drain noise when other rooms were using the water.
