The Cottage was lovely, with lots of room to move about and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. Great water pressure in the upstairs shower, (which I used) which is brand new with 3 shower heads and more than enough towels for everyone. We were a party of 6, and the house was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans. The location was amazing and the neighbourhood friendly and safe. Although we cooked for ourselves most of the weekend, there were several restaurants and pubs close by. We had lunch at "The Sand Trap" which was within walking distance and the prices were reasonable and it offered plenty of choice. We had some rain and drove both to the restaurant for lunch and into town for groceries - both were less than a 5 minute drive, although the neighbourhood and scenery was so beautiful you wanted to drive slower to have a good look around.

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like, the only con was that it would have been nice to have another table in the kitchen for surface space and perhaps because of all the rain the basement was a little musty - a dehumidifier might help. Everyone in our party was happy with the accommodations and said they would not hesitate to return.

Great place to stay! Perfect location and the house has the right balance of updates and charm. I loved it and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends.

Location. Host responsive to communication via text when we needed them. Proximity to lake and NOTL - incredible. Home is very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend!

Mattress in main floor bedroom facing the back desperately needs a new mattress. Mirrors in each bedroom would be very helpful. Tub mat for bathroom in the basement would make it safer. Some oil for the squeaky bedroom and bathroom doors would ensure everyone sleeps through the night. ;)

everything was perfect and the location was great.

Westwood cottage was a lovely place to stay. It suited our needs because we were doing winery visits and there is many on that side of NOTL. It isn't walking distance to the main part of town if that is important but it is very close. It had everything we needed and lots of space to be comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
