Hotel is nice and shiny and new and clean, with all the latest features. Staff was friendly & professional, bed was comfortable, HVAC was adjustable, bathroom was a good size (with no bathtub), breakfast was excellent. Our room was right next to the elevator, and we worried about noise, but we didn't hear it at all. We booked the day before and had no troubles. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Hotel was advertised as being in Niagara-on-the-Lake, but it's basically in St. Catharines. Easy to get to, once you've mastered the accursed freeway X-interchange off the QEW.

Good - lots of variety - not what you typically get in North America.

Location was great for what we wanted to do, close to highway. Breakfast would have been a little better if there were muffins and other pastries available.

Lobby very busy in the morning and trying to navigate for breakfast was a little tough.

Very good. Location didn't help in middle of road construction and road closures, so hard to navigate to head in Niagara Falls direction. But that isn't the hotels fault.

Clean room, good food, nice staff. A couch and/or a table in king room would be better

Construction, need a bit more direction for the time being. Use real plates and cutlery instead of disposable ones...

Breakfast was ok

They had construction at night till 5am both night if our stay. You could hear the construction perfectly from our room. And when I told the hotel when we checked out they didn’t have much to say.
