The kindness and professionalism of the staff. “I feel bad for what they have to go thru.”
Parking fees and rooms are kinda old. Also will like to know if this hotel accommodates people from shelters or something like that. Almost everyone looked so ghetto. Having breakfast is a nightmare I had to get up a leave because I guy came to eat half naked and acting very strange .

The room was excellent, really clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff was really helpful.
The only thing that I didn't like was that it smelled like weed and cigarettes in the elevator and parts of the hallways. I know the hotel is a non smoking place but it still smell like people smoked inside the elevator.

Very unfriendly staff, esecially in breakfast area.
Matrass of sofa bed full of blood stains.
Parking 11 dollars a day, despite free parking statement on website.

The bed was comfortable
The location was VERY sketchy. Homeless & the hotel to be a transitional shelter for people. Also a "hotsheet" spot for a couple that just happen to walk in with a bottle of alcohol.

I was charged double the rate plus a $100 deposit that I did not get back. The staff was rude and did not help with my questions about the double charge and not getting the deposit back. I wouldve rather stayed at a dingy motel than be treated with such disrespect and paying more

I thought the cleanliness of the room was superb. I am not crazy about the neighborhood and I admit I was apprehensive with the location. But, once I was at the hotel and greeted with such friendliness, there was a sigh of relief.

It was easily located and close to where we had to go. It was clean and staff were pleasant. The breakfast was sufficient and fulfilling.
The bed was a bit hard but tolerable. Sofa needs cleaning and all other chairs noted.
