Location was great, the valet was very convenient. The staff was the best part by far. Lynette the lobby greeter was amazing, she gave us lots of helpful tips for doing things around the city and really made sure to make our anniversary special. Damien (possibly spelled wrong) in the kitchen was amazing as well. His friendly and outgoing personality really brightened up our day in the mornings.

Nothing that wouldnt be nit picking, it was a great stay.

Ruime, schone kamer. Wel een beetje gedateerd, maar geen probleem voor mij. Bedden waren heel goed. Ontbijt voldoende aanbod. Prettig en behulpzaam personeel. De locatie is uitstekend. Alles was op goede loopafstand.

The room was Super nice, clean and comfortable with an Awesome view. TJ at the front desk was Awesome. He gave us a list with good restaurants to go. Housekeeper Elizabeth was The Best Super attentive.

I was disappointed that the pool was Closed 😔 I would suggest for them to use that area for people to enjoy the Magnificent views and have like a fire pit and chairs.

Frukosten serverades enbart med engångsartiklar, papperstallrikar och plastbestick. Småförpackningar av plast till sylt, smör, ost o sirap mm. Detta är inte hållbart, tänk på vårt klimat.

Great location and nice rooms. Rooms were big and having a full fridge and freezer was handy.

Staff were a huge let down for a nice property that is ideally located. Requested room cleaning on 4 occasions but never arrived. How the manager handled it was very poor - offered us 2 bottles of water (which were free anyway). Basic stuff but very negatively impacted our stay as it was so frustrating. Wouldn't stay again.

I booked the hotel at $160.00. With tax a total of $182.00. For security deposit $100.00 which brought the total to $282.00. At checkout I was charged $382.00.

The concierge JT was super awesome. He gave us some great recommendations for food and stuff to do. Really cheerful attitude and made us feel extremely welcome.

The breakfast was average. Sorta bland, nothing really special however lots of breakfast food in nearby restaurants.

The room's views were fantastic. The water was extremely hot (which was great). The hotel was also really quiet.

The main reason we selected this hotel was the option for breakfast in the AM (as we had action-packed days planned). Our first morning there, the sausage and eggs had a particular color, but we were willing to eat it. As we started making our waffles at the waffle station (station was a mess) , a German roach appeared from under the machine. We decided to immediately throw away our plates and buy food elsewhere (which actually ended up working out because we found an amazing brunch place). In regards to the room, our bathroom was dated, with pieces of wallpaper missing from the walls. While it didn't really matter as we planned to spend more time outside the room than inside, others might have a different idea.

The staff was very helpful, complementary breakfast was very good. Location was awesome at the heart of downtown, so you can move around by walking.

This property is very old, so some careful modifications in the hallway, elevators, cleaning the window panes, clean pool, etc can make the experience far better.

The rooms and the view were beautiful. I also loved the brownies and cookies and water that were out each morning. There was a really nice lady in the foyer that gave my kids some candy and coloring pages. Almost each day. One day she even gave us bus passes. That was a really nice touch.

I didn’t like that there was an air conditioning in the hallway, or the elevator, we were really hot and sweaty. It took two calls to get some extra towels. I also didn’t like that you had to schedule housekeeping so far in advance for the money it was OK. The pillows were terrible.

We were on the 30th floor the other half of our party was on a different floor. Elevators are slow most parts of the day and they struggle with stairs. So, this caused some issues.

The king bed was not comfortable. The bedding seemed to be a piecemeal of smaller similar colored pieces assembled to give a larger appearance. While the room was booked for four we lacked enough towels and with the elevators lag times due to limited size, Capacity, and number.

I think that the common areas (lobby/corridors to the breakfast area) could be cleaned better.

Wallpaper and paint peeling throughout the room, previous guest items found under the bed, no ventilation in bathroom causing odors and moisture problems, air conditioner didn't work even after having maintenance up twice, were over-charged by the hotel, elevators were very slow and packed often taking over 15 minutes to get off your floor, flies in the breakfast area

All the staff was so friendly! Our room was upgraded and had a wonderful view of the high rises and Lake Michigan. The breakfast offered enough variety that I didn’t feel i was eating the same thing every day. The orange juice tasted fresh and not watered down at all!

I wish the towels were better quality. A little bit bigger and thicker would have been great. The pull out couch mattress is severely thin and outdated. Traveling with family, the rooms with a bed and a pull out couch are economically great, but it’s unfortunate when 1 option is super comfortable and 1 is painful and leaves your body sore and unrested. At least a good mattress topper might help.

The location was great, the view was great!

The elevator broke and my daughter and I took the stairs down 33 flights of stairs we got lost. We ended up in a labyrinth, and luckily were able to find some maintenance people down on the level that took us to the next exit. It’s was scary.

The location was good. Lots of services and amenities around. Staff was helpful. Daily breakfast was great offering.

The lack of consistency with housekeeping was a bit frustrating. We requested daily service upon check-in. Our room wasn’t serviced twice during our stay.
