We liked everything about this place as it is well maintained and very clean. It felt like home away from home. Kitchen is well equipped to fullfill all your needs. There were a lot of board games etc to keep kids busy.

Everything exceeded my expectations. All informations was given to us through email and easy to follow.

Sofa needs cleaning and pet hairs in some location in the condo.

We loved the location and the ambiance of the suite. A perfect place for a girls’ getaway!

Overall it's a nice town house at beautiful location with mountain views. House was clean and stacked with necessary kitchen utensils.

Every corner of the house (kitchen, rooms) was very congested with very little walking space around. But the biggest downside was there were NO building numbers or banners to tell you where exactly these houses are for Fenwick vacation rentals. We had a nightmare in trying to find the house at the night, took us around 1+hour to get to it after we were already in the area!!! We asked many people in vicinity if they knew the address, everybody tried to help but was not sure. I tried to call Fenwick folks but call won't get through. We were literally stranded in the middle of the night and so so tired! Finally we got down from the car and searched on foot! Then next morning started new challenge bcoz some of us had to work plus we were traveling with 4 children so requested for a late checkout, like really really requested!!! And the guy on the phone who i spoke to previous night after booking the property said he will give it a try to get us late check out and i had emphasized it needs to be atleast 2pm, to that he said he would try but the cleaners were at the house at 12. We were ok to pay extra money for late check out but they had some schedule to follow so couldn't accommodate. Well, in which world it is that big of a problem!!!!! That caused real discomfort for us all. However they let us use one of their other property sonara resort i guess to sit and use wifi, that we truly appreciate. Also parking was another nightmare, completely full around our accommodation so we had to go very far away to park and walk back. And the house did not open using the code, the front door but I remembered there was a back door entrance (from notes in email) and after searching for it in the night somehow we got lucky else we began to think we might be at the wrong house since there was no building number or any other indication of Fenwick vacation rentals, except the condo/ unit no which matched the info in the email.

The location was great! Everything in town was within walking distance. We had a wonderful view of the 3 sisters right outside the window- sunrises and sunsets were amazing!

There needs to be instructions for the sofa bed. More pillows for all beds would have been nice. The towels smelled slightly moldy.

Pool right behind us. Clean space. There was an Xbox. Instructions easy to follow.

The condo was lovely with fantastic facilities and good price for the amount of people. Condo was very close to the pool and spa. Was a fabulous stay.

Only complaint was too many kids in the hot tub ...literally babies in there at 40C which I am not sure is even safe and the amount of children screaming in the pool area unchecked. Other than that, it was awesome!

Pool was visible to see my children. Enough space for my children & I as well, friends to visit.

Mattresses could be replaced & pillows were non posture pedic - a little large for sleeping ie. Sore necks, kids were complaining. However, liked the large pillows for lounging.

we enjoyed have the space of a townhouse over a small hotel room. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. The place was cute and there were games to play which was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable.

I find the price you pay for the cleaning fee to be high for the value you get. The see through glass light when you enter had large dead bugs in it. The main bathroom had either shampoo or condition on the shower curtain and back tub surround and there was a white powdery residue when I m rubbed my hand inside the tub so I had to wash it down before I gave my youngest a bath. When I swept the floor I cleaned up some dog kibble…we didn’t come with a dog. The mattress pad that goes on the pullout couch has staining on it.

Beautiful place, clean, well stocked kitchen. Great location. Easy access to the hot tub and heated pool.

Beautiful accommodations, clean, kichen was stocked made it easy to cook Thanksgiving dinner, great location, hosts were great and easy to talk to!

Very roomy, well stocked kitchen appliances. All the other perks such as the movies, games and streaming services were a nice touch that was very much appreciated.

Wish there was a bathroom on the main floor

Location to Canmore attractions is good, the unit is nice and spacious. Pet friendly was a bonus . The outside seating area to the road was nice.

The pool and hottub were not worth the extra expense , it is way over crowded and has no place to sit along the edge of the pool , we did not use it unfortunately. The photo of the 4 chairs and pool is nowhere near the location of this unit, there was minimal courtyard space at this unit.

We stayed in 2 x 2 bedroom units at Mystic Springs in Canmore over the Canada Day long weekend. Andrew and Lindsay were fantastic hosts. Great communication, quick responses. Places were well stocked with everything we needed for a little family get together. Having the pool so close to the units was so nice when it was +30. We would definitely stay again.

the place is very clean, comfy and pool is accessible to our chalet. will be back for sure!

Not Co-vid safe, no attention to cleanliness, grimy clutter(remotes, books, empty pen, pans were dirty and no pillow liners, unwashed kitchen linens and filthy garbage bins, leaky toilet, broken games, pirate owners, pool times were a joke so kids were disappointed.
