I didn’t like almost anything. It says renovated but seems to have gone downhill. It was ok, for the night which is all I needed it for. The room was clean enough. Pets allowed which is great if traveling with fur babies, but no one cleans up after them, dog poo all in the grass if you need to walk your pet.

Almost Everything. Lady at the desk said there was a $100 charge because I booked through a 3rd party. Apparently it says it on the website, I didn’t see it. Nor would I have looked if she hadn’t said something, since I didn’t book on the website. Guess you are just supposed to know it’s there??? Bathtub was old and gross, where was the renovation for that? Bugs in the bathroom. Loud all night long with big groups of people outside. The room was ok for the night, but for the price I paid, plus and extra $100? Not worth it, spend the money and go elsewhere.

Room was clean

The bath tub in room 208 is rusty and a puddle of water stayed in the tub. I did not go back or call the office it was late when we checked in and by the looks the hotel was fully occupied.

room smells, hallways smell like pee, toilet was clogged, tub was also clogged and poop was inside. no elevator for 3 floor.

It was fine but the property states its no smoking and our room smelled like cigarette smoke and a lot of it. The property its self was ok not terrible not great but fine.

I saved money by staying at the hotel they sent us to, but only after investigating and demanding the lower price.

They confirmed my stay when I booked months ago. they confirmed again the day we were supposed to arrive. they called us at 4:45 to tell us they were overbooked and rebooked us a room at another RRI nearby (Trevose). it was 13 minutes farther away from sesame place. They told us they would “honor” our booking price. but I looked online and this hotel should have been cheaper. I told the manager that. At first they tried to say that I had it wrong. but then they changed the price for me to over $100 less for 2 rooms. I think this is a scam where the same person owns both RRI’s and is purposely overbooking the one near SP and then sending people to the lesser used hotel and overcharging them. The one they sent us to us a welfare hotel. people live there. Some have cameras in their windows. At least one room had a padlock on the outside so the tenant can lock up their room securely when they leave. on top of that, my daughter and SIL’s room had a message written on the mirror that said “Kill ‘em all” and initials. They said it’s a song quote, but it’s unnerving and obviously the room wasn’t cleaned or it wouldn’t have been there. My daughter removed the message with makeup remover. There was just so much wrong with this stay. and I am usually someone who tries to find positive things to say in reviews.

for 4 people staying 2 nights, they left one shampoo. The second day no one came to clean the room. This place is probably hosting homeless people - and I never felt so uncomfortable at the check-in. On the second day, even the police came to one of the rooms next to us.

Location was very rundown and dirty.

In need of extra pillow however never received nor was told anything.

the shower hit just right, and the location was great, and the one lady at the front was very helpful. I was able to plug in my Xbox to the tv.

the bedsheets were stained. The light above the sink and the lights above the bed didn’t turn on. And the lights that did work weren’t bright enough. they only gave us two towels for two people, one for each. the lamp next to the tv was disgusting like it has never been cleaned ever. it was just disgusting!

Clean quiet and safe place to stay. Lots of places to eat and shop.

very run down. was unable to get into room due to “frozen” lock so couldnt even get our belongings. gave us another room while we waited for maintenance to arrive. its been several hours with no results. front desk staff very concerned but wasnt really in position to get any problem resolved.

the bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress felt like it is a old spring mattress with sunken areas. multiple pieces of the wall’s were taped back on. the overall room felt dirty and stained.

It was at a convenient location in proximity to my conference.

There were roaches!!! There were Few towels!!
