The hotel was very loud. A normal conversation taking place in the hallway echoed throughout and could be clearly heard in the room. One half of the blackout curtains were missing, resulting in a very bright light shining into the room. All that made for a very poor night's sleep. When I went to report the curtain issue to the desk nobody was there. There was no bell to ring for service. As I was only there for one night, I gave up. Generally I've had good experiences at Hampton Inns. Not the case at this one.

I booked this for the sole fact that there’s a hot tub. which we then found out has not been operational in years and the pool was cloudy and dirty. the vending machine on our floor was completely out and the Ice cream sold by the desk was so frostbitten it must’ve been ages old. the TV did not have a guide.

Breakfast was good, surrounding area was good.

Only 1 elevator working, swimming pool was filthy, keys required reprogramming daily, air conditioning unit pulsated and vibrated in a manner that was very annoying. Room maintenance performed without notification.

Staff was rude and inadequate. Room was not cleaned during our stay.

I really appreciate a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms and this place had both. The location was rather meh but the bathroom did have a serious upgrade that was nice but the water pressure was terrible. Bottom line is that you always get what you pay for. We never spend much time in our hotels when we travel unless of course we are staying for several days! This was just an overnight stay and it was pleasant. Not super, but pleasant.

Nobody likes a weak water pressured shower! The room was just alright but again, it did have the mini fridge and microwave so that is a huge plus.

Worst stay ever...

There were boogers on the wall in the bathroom (I have pictures) Pillowcases x2 and mattress cover had stains. Some yellow. Some purple. ( I have pictures) When I closed the back out curtain l realized there were holes in it. Also, when you shut the curtain. There is a street light right outside that Blair's through the crack, that then reflects off the mirror adjacent to the window, shining a bright light into your eyes while laying in bed. Due to lay-out there was no way to avoid this... I tried desperately, all night. I did not fall asleep until 6:30Am and this ruined my son's birthday plans.(pictures available) Someone else's hair was in a wad on the floor near the bathroom sink(pictures available) When we initially arrived, no one greeted us for almost 10 minutes even though they clearly saw there was a line of people waiting. The mini fridge in the room BARELY kept food cold even when adjusted to highest setting. The hot tub is advertised on your sight, management claimed that you were to notate that it was currently under maintenance. This was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here.. this was not worth even half what I paid to stay. I let management know.i would most definitely take a full/partial refund.
