The location to see family was good. Location to restaurants and entertainment was good.
I booked my stay via Priceline for a set amount but the hotel claimed they didn’t have my reservation even though it was confirmed. The hotel tried to charge me more than I booked for. Very unprofessional customer service.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and the staff was very polite.

Staff was great; location was convenient, the size of room was great, very pet friendly
Only one elevator was working to service an entire crowded hotel and staff. Learned that the one elevator has been out of service for a while. Bathroom needs updating, shower is a joke. No napkins or paper towels in the room.

No soap. No house keeping! Wasn't clean! Needs to be remodeled,no heat in a suite! The staff rude! Do better Hyatt hotel!

Convenient location. Nice lobby. Overall it was an acceptable hotel, but won’t try again.
The bed is a very firm mattress. The heater climate control was crazy hot. Over all acceptable, but am going to try the Marriott next time. Room was too hot then frigid, the desert like then artic like. Meh.

It was a perfect location to our event and their were many food options near by .
That breakfast wasn't included and the pillows were a little flat .

Comfortable Beds and Pillows. Keurig coffee maker. Nice bar. Complimentary water bottles. Twelve o'clock checkout.
The carpets had a slight smell as if a pet had been there, definitely needed shampoo. No quiet hours were posted, and kids played by my door loudly through the night. I saw one tiny roach, that climbed out of the bathroom outlet, but I killed it and never saw any more. No lids for the coffee cups. Parking fee, only $4,

The pool and hot tub was great. The kids loved it. Spent hours in there. The staff were super nice and the whole place was clean. Plus when I needed extra bath cloths and towels they just got them to me ASAP no fuss.
Definitely could use free breakfast. The bed could be a bit more firm. It wasn't bad but definitely the most comfortable. Price is a little high but they have an indoor pool and a restaurant so I guess that's what you're paying for.
