Easy to locate house keepers were nice

The receptionist at the desk was very rude from the moment we walked in. He disrespected my wife on her bday and didn't have any respect for the other guest . Also he has a thick overgrown mustache that needs to be groomed or trimmed.

Room was not up to par when it comes to cleanliness, WiFi was weak

Property had bedbugs. One of the male staff was very rude. Only got accommodation for one night that I haven’t even received yet so I didn’t by even know if it’s really coming

Bedbugs

The breakfast was ok. It was what I expected, and I always like having a breakfast available at a hotel I stay at.

The room itself. It had been heavily sprayed with something and it was a bit overwhelming. By 2nd night room had a bad smell, and it was that of urine in the carpet. Additionally, upon my arrival, there were a lot of nets flying around in the bathroom area.

very poor. cold coffee with just sugar, no creamer none of the 3 days. We complained to the staff but to no avail.

Within 10 minutes after we checked in, we brough the staff member to room 117 to show him the condition of the room. The floor had not been swept. There was peanut shells, peices of what looked like animal food. The bath tub had not been cleaned properly. There were brown spot on the tub. We showed this to the staff member. He said he would get housekeeping in there to clean the room. No one came. My wife went back to the front desk approx. and hour later. The staff member was a different person. He told my wife, "why are you bringing this hostility to me, I was not hear earlier. No one came to clean the room the entire time that we stayed there I personally slipped in the bath tub, before I could even lather up with soap. There was no tub mat, and the bottom of the tub had no rough surface to stop you from slipping. I hit my elbow and it pained all that night. I just did not want to argue with anyone else, because we were treated like we did not matter. People were smoking "weed" outside of our door on the walkway for two of the nights that we stayed there.

Staff was helpful and front desk was friendly and attentive.

Cushions on the chair in my room. Unusable chair.

I hated everything ! The sheets , the carpet ! The sink was stopped up the entire time and i asked them to fix it and they said they did and never did .
