My room was located next to the back entrance door and I heard people coming and going through the night. I will ask for a different room location.

Cleaning

I booked this trip at the very last minute but the price, location, cleanliness, & exceptional customer service made my stay that much pleasant.

There was one older janitorial man that spoke inappropriately to children when they were not with an adult. For example, my 12 yr old child was leaving the pool area at approximately 9pm, headed to our room, and this staff member scolded my SON about putting on a shirt before he's arrested.
