The elevaor did not work . I am 78 years old and floor was the second floor. Difficult for a 78 year old to carrry suitcases without an elevator.

the rented handicap room was not handicap. elevator didn’t work mold on ceiling in bathroom. very unpleasant stay

The hotel and staff were great.

I do understand that during Cheyenne Frontier Days that all the hotels can charge a higher booking fee, but I feel that you may have reached a rate that is too expensive for a future stay. I have attended Cheyenne Frontier Days for many years but the cost of attending in the future may prevent me from traveling to Cheyenne next year.

Easy access from interstate. Quiet locations. staff very helpful and friendly.

The room was incredible, very spacious, clean, and I loved the fact we could log in to our Netflix while there. That was a bonus I have never experienced at a hotel before.
