Highly recommended

Very clean, welcoming, pet friendly, comfortable beds and pillows. Staff was AMAZING! This hotel is a family favorite, and we will stay whenever we are in the area. Highly recommend!

Disappointing

It was easy on and off the interstate.

Our room wasn't clean, (sink had a soda can upside down in the drain that we saw right as we walked in the door, the bathroom floor had hair and dead bugs on it, toilet wasn't clean, etc) my husband ran to ask to change rooms, they put us next door and that room wasn't clean either. (Women's mascara was left on a chair in the room, someone elses hair all over the shower, etc) we definately won't stay here again. Zero quality control on cleanliness.

Super clean, comfortable and great pet friendly hotel

So clean I could have eaten off the floor in the elevator. Super friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds. Full kitchen was a huge bonus for us. No upcharge for the animals was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Very disappointing

Bed was decent. Room was clean.

TV went out and the lady at the desk came up to look at the tv guide? She said everything was plugged in and she said she was sorry. Blamed it on the tv provider and there was absolutely no attempt to rectify the situation. Two nights without a tv. She was rude and seemed she had to get back to solitaire. Same rudeness when I checked in. Boo! You’re in the service industry. Act like it!

I won't stay at the Cheyenne My Place again

Staff was very nice

Couple next door was smoking in non smoking room. Bathtub had a ring around it. I had stayed at the My Place in Ankeny, IA and booked because we liked it and thought they would be the same. They were not.

Good stay, bed just needs a new mattress!

Hotel was convenient and clean. Staff very friendly! Hotel does sit on the railroad tracks but it wasn't loud surprisingly. Only heard two trains, one about 6:00pm and 6:00 am.

Room could use a new mattress. It was pretty worn out and not very comfortable!

Don’t stay here spend 5 more bucks and go to holiday inn

Parking was adequate and clean.

Not what Booking rated. Room was dirty, with fingerprints on cupboards and mirrors. Mattress sucked and the bedding wasn't clean.

Clean, nice room. What you expect plus a little kichen

The front entrance is covered in cigarette butts thrown there by staff? When I asked where I should park with my long trailer the manager glanced up from computer and said "I don't care" meaning that was my problem. Of course I know its my problem but I also know rudeness when I hear it. She also asked me if I had pets as her two dogs watched me from the office. I thought hmmm and said no I'm on business. Later I came back down to get my receipt and was greeted by some vagrant in the lobby possibly a relative of a worker who looked to be a freight train rider type. He assured me they had my back for whatever reason. Not exaggerating any of the above.

11 hours from home but had the same comfort!

The room was so inviting and we immediately were as comfortable as we are at home. The beds and pillows are always soft and warm! I slept in the BONUS recliner and I was asleep in a flash! The hubs and kids loved the stay as well. Too bad we couldn't have stayed another night, but we are considering moving to Cheyenne in the spring so i know we'll be back for the house hunt! Thank you! Thank you!!

The room and service was good. The front desk Interaction was horrible.

Great room. Very clean. Good location.

The lady checking us in was slightly rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. She almost got angry we were checking in.
