Excellent and well appointed rooms. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Location, room and facility were all great. Did not use the restaurant or any of the other facilities.

Upset that we had to pay $27.00 per night to park our car in in the hotel parking lot considering we paid over $300.00 per night for our room.

The swimming pool and spa are excellent. The room is very big and has two queen beds.

Paying for high-speed wifi, when the room cost more than $200/day, makes no sense. The water pressure in the shower is very low. I don't think it contributes to reducing water consumption.

The location was good. Convenient to the shops and UCSD.

I booked a room with a garden view, but it was just a bush view. The room was the ground floor facing the garden but lower than the garden walkway. People could see inside the room if I kept the blinds open and also I couldn't see anything but bushes. It wasn't a garden view but bush view. It should be advertised as "room with a garden view". Additionally the ceiling was very low and I felt a little crushed. The shower door kept opening when I was taking a shower. My daughter had the same experience. I'll look for a different hotel next time.

The fact that it was a lot more eco friendly than most hotels! That matters a lot to me

Too close to the freeway

Everything was good. Friendly staff .clean inside and outside ..and the location it's perfect.

Room was spacious and was easy to make use of devices and the bathroom shower. My wife has mobility issues but this room made it easy for her. The staff responded to my request for ease of access and put us by the elevator.

There were no issues or problems during our stay.

The location was convenient to UC San Diego.

There was no hot water in our shower.

The room was spacious, very clean, had all the facilities and everything one needs. The pool and hot tub are also a very nice addition.

When they say parking is included, it means you have to pay 25 dollars/night. You can also find street parking near the hotel, but parking within the premises is not free.

Location, comfort, clean

My mom is very sick and I asked if we could stay only one extra hour for a late check out and the person I spoke at the costumer service told us we would have to pay an entire room rate only for this one extra hour. I’m my opinion the employee didn’t show empathy(my mom is in a clinical trial for cancer in San Diego and sometimes doesn’t feel well in the morning). Besides that, employees at bar and restaurant were very kind and efficient. So was the cleaning staff. Just this single person at guest services showed no empathy and no will to help.
