It was close to the venue that I was going to

It is literally next to the highway. We could hear and see the traffic from our room. The pictures made this look like a nice hotel and it was sub par. Our room was dirty, including the bathroom. There was a random hair in the bed sheets and hair all over the bathroom, a booger stuck to the wall and the phone cord in the bathroom was disgusting. The blind didn’t pull down all the way and we had to have a street lamp shining in all night. Plus the rate changed from when we booked to when we stayed and it was NOT worth what we paid at all. We’ve stayed at much nicer hotels for much cheaper.

It was quiet and easy to get to.

The property was clean, staff was nice and location was very close to Dickies arena. Another review talked about parking being an issue. Our experience was that parking was easy, plenty of spaces and the cost to park was very reasonable.

Everything was very good.

The staff was very friendly. The location was great. Very clean, beds were comfy and room was spacious. We will definitely be back! 10/10
