The bed me and my kids slept on we could actually feel the spring on the mattress. My daughter cried and asked us to leave and not stay another night here. Swimming pool was dirty, bad smell, lots of debris in the pool. Food place takes forever to even take a order. Paid for the breakfast and only received one burrito when we ordered 3 and they told us it takes a while to cook more and have to wait and we were so disappointed even though we paid for it so we only shared from one burrito. Never again we will return. What a shame to pay for a hotel that is expensive and not get a service that u were expecting and a little girl can see that too as well. Things were out in room too. I am so glad we left right away and spent a very peaceful and pleasant night sleep at our own house.

Everything was fine, typical business hotel. The spacious and clean gym was a nice plus.

The price of breakfast was unreasonably high.

The location is right across the street from the airport shuttle so it makes it easy to get to. There are also many places to eat and a grocery store within walking distance.

It's too close to the freeway. They let me change to a room that was further from the freeway. it helped a lot

very clean room was good but not worth 400.00 for a night. nothing came free(breakfast or brunch) nobody helped with our luggage. husband is paralyzed beds couldn’t move for chair to be on good side for him.

everything was extra they over charge for the room.

it was clean and comfortable. some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever interacted with at a hotel. the complimentary breakfast as a super value!
