Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Da wir ein Zimmer-Upgrade bekamen hat diese Unterkunft unsere Erwartungen natürlich übertroffen. Aber auch unabhängig davon sehr zu empfehlen, der Ausblick vom Balkon war auf einen wunderschönen Garten, Lage ist ruhig und direkt an der Einkaufs-Mall. Personal sehr freundlich, alles sehr empfehlenswert.

Excelente ubicación y servicio al cliente.

La habitación y baño, muy cómodos y bien equipados. El bistro es eficiente y bueno también. El personal de recepción y de limpieza muy amables. La ubicación con propósitos de shopping, es inmejorable.

We stayed 3 night .Booking.com charged us full upfront and hotel charges us for 2 last days and when I asked hotel manager told me booking.com - I wrote to booking.com and they told they will refund in a week but has been 3 weeks no refund back .

Great cost benefit, near the mall

The location is excellent, near the mall, with free parking. The gym is reasonable but could have a few more pieces of equipment. The lobby is comfortable to use the notebook and the staff is very nice. The cost benefit is a very good one.

The gym could have a few extra machines. The room is reasonable but, if you want a bit more space, the regular one would not be my choice again.

Eduardo was quite unhelpful, and noisily so, to our group of guests

Dieta, poorly maintained and far over prices for what the hotel is. We rate it as one star. For the price one can stay in 4 or 5 star hoteles in European cites.
