I liked that they have the pool, and the restaurant, coffee ...
The semll in the room was the worst!
The bathroom is so small. As you open the door, you see the toile right away. And there is no room around that (room #1006).
It is very far from everywhere. It's too expensive for a 3 star hotel.

The charge for self car parking.

Location and staff. Bed and room were great.
It’s a little tired.

Location was good for us. We chose to be a little bit from the centre and pay for an Uber. This saved us nearly 50% on my ther more central hotel options.
The coffee at the Starbucks was pretty awful. You go there expecting to get a level of quality that you would expect across the globe. We’ll not here !

breakfast was good, could have wider choice, but offered most of what one wants. The room was comfy and cosy, the lobby clean and also the outdoor pool was neat.
the bathroom was a little worn down and small with a noisy fan.

The Marriot Charleston was a delightful experience. Even though my stay was only a few days, I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Centrally located in Charleston, it offers all the amenities one could desire in a hotel. The bar was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and professional, with excellent English proficiency. I'll definitely choose it again.

I really like the location of the hotel
I had a banking issue and was not able to get checked in. Wells Fargo has a hold on funds for all customers and we were told there was nothing they could do to accommodate us. We were 4 hours from home with no way of getting another room or anywhere else to stay

We had coffee and muffins/fruit for breakfast. Can’t comment on full breakfast.
Ladies working the coffee bar we very polite and greeted you with a smile, same goes for the bar tender in bar area and everyone working the check in desk.
I wish you would offer a discount cost across the board to guest that are 65 and older, on hotel cost, meals, drinks and items purchased.

Location and facilities were good
First hotel I've had to pay for parking. With the additional $43 probably could have gotten a better deal

The lobby and common area was very nice. The Valet attendant was great. The gentleman with the long hair at the front desk excellent....so nice and polite.
The rooms were tired looking and the bathroom floor was not very clean.
There was no bottles water in the room or upon checkin.
Restaurant was okay...service was average.

Our room was close to the elevator and there was a constant low humming. But overall we enjoyed our stay!

The breakfast was fine. It’s hard to hurt a buffet of scrambled eggs
For the cost paid (over $1,400 for four nights) the hotel should have been spotless. The room should have perfect and it was very worn. The bathroom needed to be refurbished/remodeled and the caulking was missing/cracked or moldy

Liked outside courtyard.
Hallways very cool. First room assigned viewed parking lot. Had requested water view. Moved us to 8th floor which was better. Also didn’t give us breakfast coupons until we changed rooms. That was odd.

Location was great and our room was clean and quiet . Bed and pillows very comfortable and staff was friendly .
Our bathroom had a very bad odor that appeared to come from the vent . After bathroom was cleaned the odor did dissipate although returned in morning . Tiles in bathroom shower were old and discolored .
