Loved how close it was to everything and the self parking directly across the street.

I called ahead to let them know I was looking at a midnight check-in and was traveling with my kids, so I wanted to have a crib and room set aside. When I checked in, I was sent to room 227, which was already occupied with someone in the room. The front desk had to go investigate and swore no one should have been in the room. It was scary. After waiting for the investigation, we were assigned another room 211 right by the elevators, so my Littles woke with the early risers who were starting their day and using the elevator. I couldn't hardly sleep, afraid someone would come walking in the room. I have never been in this challenging position while traveling and definitely feel that this location didn't meet the Courtyard brand recognition that I would expect. After my work event, a Habitat build, I returned, packed my belongings, and checked out early.

Really friendly staff, clean place, comfy bed and good facilities. Great location for us, highly recommend. We even got an upgrade as it was our honeymoon which they didn’t have to do but their service was second to none!

Unsafe for allergic persons. Suffered a lot from dust mite allergies during my stay.

Location was excellent for our event at the Straz. Bathroom was very clean. Front desk staff and others were exceptional in their helpfulness.

Fellow travelers in the next room were noisy in the middle of the night, but not consistently so. Also, for the cost of the stay, I believe a light continental breakfast could have been included.
