The location was great, near plenty of restaurants and shopping. The facility was clean, modern and decorated nicely. The breakfast was very good. The bedside tables had plenty of plugs and USB ports for all of our electronic devices. The shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash mounted to the wall and they smelled great. We had no trouble parking or getting to our room. The family enjoyed the spacious lobby area to sit around and chat and play games at a table. The room was exceptionally clean. The pillows were comfortably soft and the bed was comfortable. 

The “suite“ was super tiny. It had a king bed with a half wall dividing it from a small area with a desk and a loveseat, and they called it a suite. The TV seemed smallish and probably should’ve been mounted to the wall. The dresser was kind of shabby looking. The bathroom lights were dim (and flickered), making it a little challenging to apply make up. The indoor pool was small, in contrast to the pictures online. In addition, there was no hot tub. It had been filled in, yet they were pictures of a bubbling hot tub online. So some of the rooms and amenity pictures online were misleading to what was reality here. The cheap, generic soap and moisturizer in the bathroom was a disappointment, particularly with the amount of money you’re paying to stay at this hotel.

The price ( like all hotels) is too high. Unfortunately this will cause me to cut down on the number of trips to KC. So in many ways the hotel industry is losing money.

My family really enjoyed themselves, especially the pool use and the morning breakfast.

Very clean. Nice staff.

A bit loud. Some of the youngsters staying with their parents for games, were very enthusiastic and loud. However, not really a problem. They were appropriately being young and enthusiastic. Apparently, they were there for baseball and softball tournaments. Games were canceled because of storms.

The overall hotel was good, the breakfast was good the hotel was clean and the location was great!

Check in staff was very friendly! Breakfast was excellent. Check out time is later than most other places!

Room size did not match the size promised at booking. The bed mattress was definitely not new but not too bad.
