Location, walkable distance to downtown.

Staff, very rude and disrespectful. I was overcharged 3x for parking when I only stayed 1 night, and when I asked why they said the system wasn’t working, so I asked if they could print me a receipt and the receipt said they only charged me 1x for parking but my credit card charges says otherwise. So I asked the manager to put it in writing that they will look into it or to cancel the extra charges and he said he couldn’t do that, for my records I asked if I could record the manager saying that and he said no (which I understand), so I stopped recording but asked the manager again to repeat the reasoning for them to not give me a written notice or something that stated that they would do something about it, and he literally said: “I will not repeat myself, I have already told you and if you didn’t understand that’s not my problem”.

It was clean, decent sized room

The shower didn’t work and we informed a employee and nothing was done about it not even credit or some sort of refund, the parking lot was awful and having to pay to park in that terrible of a parking lot was not ideal. The room was super hot and you can’t control the temperature in your own room.

The hotel is in a excellent location, near restaurants, Riverwalk, Eataly . The bedroom and bathroom was very clean. The fee to use the parking in cheaper than other hotels.

In the bedroom you will hear the sound of cars on the street during the night. It is not possible to adjust the temperature inside the bedroom. In my case it was very hot inside the bedroom and It was necessary to open the window.

Very simple but clean and comfortable motel in the heart of Chicago. For us, it was a typical american experience. The stuff was very helpful! We had some problems with loud neighbors but the stuff clarified this situation.

Had some problems with the air condition but the stuff also helped us with it. A kettle in the room would be nice.

The location was fantastic for what we were doing in Chicago and the parking option was great.

The top level have balconies which would have been great to know and that parking was for first in not that you had an actual parking spot with your booking.

The location was nice. There was a McDonald's across the street and a target around the corner. We had no problems with other people staying at the hotel. Staff was friendly.

We didn't like not having control of the heat because the room would be really hot and we were too scared to leave the window open for so long
