La atención de Fanny y Dayara en el desayuno es excepcional, son muy cálidas y atentas, sin duda regresaría por ellas. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, puedes caminar tranquilamente a todas las atracciones turísticas o si lo prefieres tomar autobús, está muy fácil y comunicado

Great front desk staff

When one of your employees used a key and walked in our room without knocking. Ruined our trip was scared he would try that again. Scared a 8 year old kid so bad that she thought he was coming back. Told the front desk before we left.

Muy bien ubicado, en un buen sector de la ciudad, tranquilo y cerca de metro, buses y atractivos turísticos. Cuenta con todo lo que uno podría necesitar para una estancia de turismo por algunos días. Mi habitación estuvo super tranquila y no tuve quejas sobre ruidos, como otras personas han manifestado ya que está en frente de una estación de bomberos. La habitación tiene refrigerador, cafetera, cama muy cómoda y climatización. Para calentar alimentos en cualquier momento, existen microondas en el lobby y en el piso 2 sector desayuno. El personal es sumamente sevicial y simpático. El desayuno tiene lo básico para comenzar el día: fruta, café, pan, huevo, pan...etc. Un gran saludo y agradecimiento a Fannie y Javier que cada mañana alegraron el desayuno y estuvieron muy atentos a las necesidades los huespedes. Realmente hacen un equipo maravilloso :-)

No existen quejas. Solo recomendar instalar un microondas en cada habitación lo cual le agrega comodidad a la estancia.

Despite not having daily housekeeping (we never ask for our rooms to be cleaned daily anyway) the rooms and hotel are very clean. Breakfast was nice and the staff at breakfast were amazingly friendly with everyone. Front desk was also very friendly and kind. The location was fantastic.

Fantastic location and super friendly staff. Could do with a bit of a freshen up decor wise and some more breakfast options but overall a great stay.

Slightly outdated decor in the rooms and limited breakfast but excellent staff and location make up for this.

Muy buen alojamiento por el precio, el desayuno es rápido pero rico, la atención siempre amable, la ubicación excelente, está cerca de todo, la cama está cómoda, el sofá cama es muy práctico pero me gustaría que fuera un poco más cómodo únicamente. El resto excelente.

QUE ESTA MUY PEQUEÑO EL RESTAURANTE PARA TANTA GENTE QUE ESTUVO HOSPEDADA Y MUY RECORTADO EL HORARIO EN EL CASO DEL MARATON Y DE LA CARRERA DE 5 KMS DEBERIAN DE AMPLIARLO UN POCO Y TENER MAYOR DISPONIBILIDAD

Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly Mr Javier and Mrs Fanny at breakfast time... always smiling, constantly moving around restocking pans and baskets, picking up used items and keeping tables clean and ready. Also, Stephanie at the front desk helped these exhausted travelers with an easy check in. We truly appreciated the nice surprise of our room furnished with two queen beds rather than one, plus a sofa bed. Comfy beds, clean sheets plus all fresh sheets at mid stay. Slept like hibernating bears. Very good wifi, all 4 of us connected at the same time. Witnessed the 22nd commemoration of 9/11 by the Fire Dpt officers across the street from our room, very spiritual moment it truly was. Our family loved Chicago, what a spectacular city: the views, the beach, the advanced and unique arquitecture, the river, the attractions, the elegant Magnificent Mile, the museums and of course, the gastronomy... we really enjoyed it.

Not much really, our stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago was very pleasant.

Room was clean, very tidy, size was good. Location was excellent, very safe area with lots of restaurants nearby and next to Grand Station (red line). There were water filters available in the common areas so we could refill our water bottle. Breakfast was good, with warm food, bagels, porridge, cereal, fruits. Coffee available in the common areas and mini market next to the reception for snacks.

I missed having a safe inside my room. We had the option to leave in a safe at the reception, but I would have preferred to have it in my room.

Rooms were good. Also most of staff. But no hello welcome @ check in. Especially javier and funny in the breakfast area were nice.

Breakfast quality was ok. But it is terrible that they litter all plates, plastic cups,, cutlery!!! This is very sad to see for european guests. We were all shocked, also american friends!!!😥
