1.Rooms were smokey and a few lights didnt work... 2. Staff weren't too friendly 3. Overall not a good place to stay

Place was dirty kept up well at all drug addicts in the parking lots and the location suck

I think it’s so easy to Moan & Groan about an experience rather than to recognize the effort, for example, that a staff gives for what they have to work with … I so very blessed to say o am well travelled and have been guest to some of the most luxurious and SOUGHT AFTER properties certainly in this country … and whether The Beverly Hills Hotel or the hunk or humble Red Roof in New Britain CT there’s ALWAYS STUFF TO COMPLAIN ABOUT .. let me sun this up quickly : THE STAFF AT THIS PROPERTY for the MOST PART are SUPERIOR … and at the end of the day they go out of their way to comfort guests if needed, provide solutions to small potential unexpected issues and MOST importantly go to great lengths to keep they’re guests satisfied AND SAFE …

on booking it listing as breakfast Is included but it’s not there a posting near office says due to covid they don’t do breakfast anymore wouldn’t of booked there had I known also the room was left dirty from previous guest

Comfortable place to sleep good location near Downtown Hartford and near the Union station

Smelly rooms bugs in the room so much noise on quiet time

Refunded remaining stay with little fuss. Was a good location near the event I was attending.

Smell, deodorizer trying to cover the smell, rats, being cut by broken glass, mildewy shower, bathroom door falling apart, non functional toilet, insecure window, holes in the walls and floor

It was in a bad part of town, we asked for a non smoking room and a cot. When we got there it was a smoking room with NO cot. The head board on one bed wasn't even on the wall. There were big burn holes on the comforter. We couldn't even stay there with our kids we had to leave and find another place to stay
