Nothing.

There was a rat in my room.only stayed 1 9f the 2 nights I reserved. Told the staff, corporate office, and Booking.com about it, and haven't heard back from them yet. Highly disappointed, and expect a full refund! I have photos, and so does the staff at the hotel.

The evening staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, price wasn’t bad.

The morning staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. The tub had a continuous drip that kept me awake.

The young lady at the desk was very pleasant.

Apon entering our room it had a musty smell. It was later that night when we arrived. When I turned on the vanity light at the sink a large cockroach went crawling across it. There were also cockroaches in the bathroom. We immediately got our luggage out and went back to the front desk with our concerns. When I told the young lady about the bugs she didn't seemed surprised and we were refunded our money.

Very humid inside. AC didn't function well enough to maintain cold temperature. Had bugs inside the place.

It was conveniently located.

The walkways and stairs were dirty! The ceiling paint in the bathroom was peeling and there was a nasty hole that I suppose a ventilation fan had once been in. So there was no ventilation in the bathroom. The mattresses were too soft.

Everything was good. Very nice and clean and comfortable.
