Staff was very friendly

good location

staff was at front desk talking on phone all night and was very loud. we could not sleep. at some point during the night I came down from our room and asked him to please be quiet and it helped some. we didn’t get much sleep because of the noise.

The location, right off the hwy for our quick overnight stay. The price was right.

No elevator. The outlets in our room that operated the lamps didn't work right away. We had to crawl under the headboard to unplug and plug them back in. The night desk clerk wasn't very friendly, looked bored.

Breakfast and cleanliness

Bad smell in the room of cigarette smoke. Terrible to sleep with that odor.

There was not a single thing that I didn't like about this place

bed was comfortable. shower had good water pressure and hot water.

the shower curtain had an unidentifiable stain. we were unable to obtain any T.V. channel other than a small square of the weather channel. the front desk brought us an additional remote, but it did not work. the overnight front personnel attempted to fix the problem and but was unsuccessful. he suggested changing rooms, but it was after 10:00pm and we had unpacked and showered were very tired. ( in the morning, my husband did ask if any discount could be offered because of the situation). we were informed that nothing could be done because we booked thru "booking.com" which I reluctantly did only to save 15.00. can anything be done to compensate our inconvenience?

I often stop here on my long drives with easy off and on the highway, quiet, and enjoy the clean and comfortable room with easy access to good food nearby. The breakfast meets my gluten-free needs with eggs, fruit and yogurt. (most cereals and oatmeal are not gluten-free.) Staff is friendly.

Management is working on letting cleaning staff know not to disturb when the privacy tag is on the door. I wanted to stay longer in my room to the last checkout time, but staff knocking all the way down the hall on all the doors and on my door as well with a clearly hung privacy tag was so disruptive, that I left early. Maybe instead of just a key drop off, management can inform cleaning staff which rooms have not yet checked out. I would still return to this comfortable and value place.

bed frame squeaked every time you moved. very thin walls and door connecting to next room allowed no privacy. I heard everything from the couple next door
