uncomfortable beds. AC unit would randomly turn off making room hot and sleep difficult. overly fragrant (perfume-y) room

Room was clean and equipped with all necessary things as coffee maker, small fridge, table with chair for working. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean. Got free bottle of water every day. There is a bike to use if you need. The patio is very nice and good for chill or work. Good wifi connection. Stuff is very friendly.
It's next to main road, so a bit noisy if you are not used to the cars.

The inn went out of its way to help with rooms and service. Can't say enough about their service! Great courtyard to sit in, extras like fresh flowers in the room, complimentary water and snacks.
The lighting was a bit subdued.

Great location in Palo Alto downtown, close to Stanford University and SLAC. Large rooms with a comfortable bed, and microwave, fridge and coffee machine. I very much liked the inductor-based smart-phone recharger next to the bed.

my special request for a level 1 room was totally ignored. when I arrived at the hotel and it took me an hour in the cold night before a room was assigned to me. this is the most unpleasant experience I have and there are no one on site to assist. so Good for modern technology.

The facility was clean, full of free snacks and water, close to everything. We stayed there in Oct of 2022. I would stay there again.
I was a little hard to figure out the air condition and heating unit.

We were treated with the utmost courtesy and kindness when we arrived. Staff was more than helpful. We felt very welcomed and extremely well taken care of during our stay!

Extremely, clean and conveniently located on El Camino Real. Well priced but with amenities you might expect in a more expensive motel. Many establishments/ restaurants nearby.
The corner of the bed can be run into- so we pushed the mattress out- a small detail.

This hotel is quaint and cozy! It was small, but it had fresh flowers in the room and bathroom. It was modern and offered all amenities of a larger hotel!
