Breakfast was great. Pool was good.

There was a long line for the lobby elevator when we arrived. It would've been nice if someone had said there's a second elevator.

The thing I liked the most was the awesome breakfast, one of the best breakfasts I ever had in a hotel. And you could even eat outside. They have a big buffet and good coffee.
Room was nice and comfy too.
Breakfast staff ripped plate out of my hand. Pretty rude.
Other guests were all there for medical treatment, not a nice theme to have for a vacation but they were all nice.

Elevators were slow and made some noise when doors closed. Getting old.

large cracks in doors so any conversation in the hall was very load in rooms. shouldn’t be too difficult to install insulation strip in doorways

The beds are, BY FAR, the most comfortable Hotel/Motel/VRBO or Air BnB beds I have ever stayed at! Well done and thank you for not skimping there.
