Rewards for the 12 July stay were not sent to the Best Western Rewards. We are already registered for the $ 50 reward per two nights stays. We have completed this offer twice. We need the 12 July stay credited to the rewards to reach the fourth night stay.

Elevators broken. Satellite TV broken. Breakfast too crowded- not enough room for the number of people. No plates and food was skimpy amounts.

Room was clean

Breakfast was nothing special. Much of the hot food was left out and unappetizing. Room was OK, but tv had limited channels to view. For $255 /night, I expected more

The bed was comfortable, loved the pillows, and it was in a great location.

There were kids running in and out of the gym and upend down he stairs. They were unsupervised and had foul mouths.

All staff where friendly and helpful. Lobby and room was clean.

The room was a bit too warm for a comfortable sleep. Turned off the heat and opened the window to help cool down room.

Enabled late checkout.

Very old building but renovated. Breakfast was a disaster there was a huge line and there was not enough food for everybody, no coffee. The staff took very long time to refill the buffet with low quality budget foods.

Nothing!!!!

Upon checkin, we were told the pool was closed even though, as you can see from the picture, booking.com shows it is open. Other guests checking in at the same time had similar complaints. The front desk staff told us, we do not care what other sites say, we have a paper saying it's closed. We would have stayed somewhere else, cheaper, had we known. The front desk staff continued their rude behavior during the rest of our stay, except Sunday. The room was left at 97 degrees, the door was left ajar because it didn't shut properly unless it was slammed shut. Saturday, after servicing the room, the housekeeper again left it ajar, this time with our personal property in it. Upon returning to the property, we went to park in a handicap spot, which we have a placard for, and saw employees sitting in the car conversing. No placard in site and the car was running. When approaching the vehicle, the driver waved a placard at me and we drove around to the other side of the building, to a spot not dug out from snowfall, only to watch the employee leave the property. Upon approaching front desk about their employees using handicap spots to have conversations, they offered no apologies and didn't seem to care at all. We have no desire to stay at this hotel again. Rudest staff ever. Called and spoke with the Front desk manager. She asked me what she was supposed to do other than give me a discount on a future stay. I stated that I had no interest in a future stay, I had stated that alot. I was just trying to get the staff to treat guests better and she hung up in the middle of me talking. That explains why the front desk staff is so rude to guests when their supervisor shows them how to act.
