The breakfast is good and room size is good

Customer service lacks and the hot tub and steam room were still broken despite calling prior to arrival and being told YES they are now working. They were broken the week before when we stayed a night prior to a flight. This used to be our favorite place to stay until new owner took over. I think this will be our last stay.

love the old fashioned style

letting the place fall apart and won’t fix anything. we enjoyed our stay under previous management and everything was kept in good repair. Beds are now uncomfortable and the jacuzzi is broken and they won’t fix it.

Love the plants around facility and the hot tub is awesome.

From being greeted coming in and out of the hotel. The atmosphere and how peaceful and quiet it was. Omg the hand soap and the scent by the elevator!!!! In love and wish I knew what they were using or where the hand soap came from lol. The room was verrryyyyy nice!!!! Ugh, we loved it.

There was no communication between housekeeping and they kept coming to our room like one after the other. They were nice, but we were resting.

Nothing, breakfast was as you expect

large room, desk, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, great cable all for a fair price. has a pool a spa but didn’t use. Staff is great. Breakfast was above average. Will be my go to for travel to OKC.

The a/c it would get really cold then get really warm. But overall it was a good stay and would probably go back.

Friendly customer service, clean bedroom, comfortable beds, quiet area even for a Saturday night, and a good variety of breakfast options! Also loved seeing all the plants in the lobby/breakfast area. :)
