Everyone was friendly, the water pressure was nice and it was mostly quiet at night

the dirtiest location I have ever seen in my life. the carpet is very very very dirty and the smell of dirty is everywhere.

Not a darn thing! There is nothing to like.
Stinky room. Cockroaches everywhere in the room. No toilet tissue in the rest room. No iron or iron board ... it's a long list of missing basic supplies and amenities.

The room was disgusting. The carpet was sticky, blue stain on the floor and ceiling. The room smelled horrible. The stove wouldn't turn off so it was hot and they said I could turn the breaker off but that also turned the ac unit off. We left after 1 night. Still waiting on refund.
