Lack of reliable Wifi (important for us) detracted considerably from an otherwise pleasant stay

Breakfast and location were fine. Room clean and bed comfortable

I loved that we had a delicious cooked breakfast included in the price.

The view was of the lower roof and air conditioning unit. Not a deal breaker for us since we were only there to sleep but it might matter to others.

Excellent stay. You all could teach the downtown Amarillo location how to do it right.

Staff was welcoming and professional. Hotel was clean, perfectly stocked in coffee accessories and towels. Reception event was well run and breakfast was awesome! Staff accommodated us with 2 rooms close together after my father-in-law had heart surgery.

I highly recommend this hotel for adults and children, it was a great stay for the value.

The breakfast was really good. I enjoyed the complimentary happy hour. There is restaurant and bar located in the hotel with good reasonable prices. Most of the hotel staff was nice. Dan at the front desk was really helpful.

The young ladies at the front desk upon my arrival were not friendly at all. My room was clean other than the fact that it wasn’t vacuumed.

Every hotel my complaint is always the same, beds are too hard and the pillows go flat.

It is close OU Medical. The bed is comfortable and staff arevery helpful. Free drinks in the evening, great breakfasts.

Superb

Complimentary drink tickets. The breakfast buffet was fresh & hot with so many choices. Beds were comfortable including the pull out sofa. We got upgraded to a premium suite with tons of snacks for the kids which really helped their late night cravings for a trip away.

The breakfast was great, much better than expected. Staff was extremely pleasant at all times. Enjoyed being able to watch Showtime for free.

The internet seem to buffer extremely bad at night but it was problem free during the day as expected I suppose.

room service , how clean and upgraded it was , staff was extremely nice

no breakfast before 7 . we had an early comp so we had to be gone before 7 am would have been nice to have grabbed something to eat before rushing off to a very long day
