The location was awesome. Staff was friendly. Had a plan to use the pool, at check in was told it was under maintenance. I ask why it didn’t show on website but the clerk said they have been trying to post it but it never was. At the same time he told us that the gym was also down, but we could use the motel next to us so my daughter was disappointed because she didn’t feel safe enough to go to the motel next-door by herself and I didn’t want to go and sit waiting on her to finish her workout. After that was told to me I then asked about the fire pit because it looked so nice and cozy on the website. Then he told me that it was also not working that an other visitor was trying it the night before and could not get it working. Then he told me that it was also not working that a other visitor was trying it the night before and could not get it working. Just a little disappointed that five minutes of checking in was not a good start of the trip.

Clean and quiet location.
Chose it for the ratings and the indoor pool for the kids. Unfortunately, upon arrival we found out that the pool was not available. Wish we would’ve known that before we made the choice to stay.

Booking said it had a pool and work out facility both were down. I asked for a refund spent 1 hr on hold between booking and the hyatt. Nothing got figured out. Hyatt blamed booking, booking blamed Hyatt. Breakfast was watered down powdered eggs.
Being mislead

Location of hotel. Front desk help was very friendly.
The whole reason we booked this hotel was to bring our granddaughter so she could swim at the hotel. It was not listed anywhere in the website that the pool was closed for remodeling. We were checking in and found out about the pool. By that time it’s too late to cancel the reservation. The bar tender was very rude when we asked her about getting a drink.

I loved the front desk service, the room, and the breakfast.
The only parking was valet parking around the hotel, which was great service and well mannered, attentive young men, but there is no other parking alternative around the hotel.

Good location next to the nightlife area. Parking is outrageously expensive, $33 a night plus tax plus tip. Plenty of parking spots in front of the hotel..
$33 a night to park in Oklahoma City is ridiculous.

Room was clean, valet parking was great and the employee was super friendly, and the hotel had a great location.
It was hard to tell who was staff, the bathroom offered very little privacy, breakfast was very lackluster, and the bed was very firm.

Location was good. Clean rooms, helpful staff. Beds were very comfortable.
Wish the pool was outside. Better breakfast. Hot dishes were cold. Actual door on bathrooms not a slider. Didn’t like having to pay so much for valet. Next time will try to park on street. Also we were supposed to be tax exempt and the front clerk didn’t take the tax amount off even though they took the information off our tax exempt card.

Outdoor patio, bar, great breakfast and early morning coffee.
Day staff was rude and sitting in chairs instead of welcoming guests from the front desk

Breakfast wasn't much of a breakfast, room had leftover crumbs and candy all over the floor and couch. Sister had bugs in her room and the pool wreaked of chemicals so bad that thr hallways smelled like chemicals
Cleaner rooms, better breakfast, staff was great. At least one of them

The parking was none existent. You have to by for valet which was over $30 a night or park several blocks away. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable.

The location was excellent. We parked in one spot across from the hotel, the whole weekend. We rode scooters and walked everywhere. They are 6 min from the new ferris wheel that you can ride on
There wasn't really anything bad. If I had to pick , it was a little crazy at breakfast they kept running out of plates. But that to be expected with all the people there eating. As soon as I told them no plates the went very quickly and found some for us

Breakfast, staff was pleasant and helpful. Pool
$ figure was high. I’ve stayed at Hilton hotels that were nicer for quite a bit less money. The bathroom door wouldn’t completely close and the only sink would stop up.

the bar didn’t open early enough we had to walk to go find one

Great location but expensive parking. Breakfast very basic. Nice big rooms but lots of noise from upstairs, could clearly hear people walking about.

Not much at all
We were supposed to get a king suite and ended up with a double queen handicapped room instead. There was blood on the wall and door frame, poop on the back of the toilet, the beds were so low to the ground it was almost impossible to get out of. We asked if we could get another room and the lady at the front desk said they were full and couldn't move us. So why did booking.com say there were 4 bedrooms available. When we left the room for dinner they came to clean it but when we came back there was still poop on the back of the toilet seat and blood on the door frame. When we booked our reservation it was earlier in the day and I think someone could have told us there wasn't a king and I would have gladly stayed some place else. The staff was rude, made us feel like we didn't belong and the room was disgusting. I'll never stay at another Hyatt again, at least not that one. This is also the second time this has happened. I made a reservation and did not get what I was told I was getting. Last time I made a reservation and when I got to the hotel they didn't even have a room for me, this time I'm told I'm getting a king and get a double queen that's totally made for handicap. Very frustrating and very very unhappy.

Checking in was a minor annoyance as the service rep was unable to answer any questions. Checkout was much better.

The breakfast and the beds were the only good things about the hotel
When we first arrived to check in after a long train ride, we were told that the hotel couldn't use 2 different methods of payment. Which I thought was very stupid. My daughter has migraines and anxiety disorder. When I asked if they could do 1 night at a time, they told me no. I understand that the hotel can't cancel or modify the reservation, but the attendant was very rude when explaining this to me. She kept repeating herself saying, they are going to charge you for canceling. But when I talked to booking.com, they changed it without charging me. They then took about 30 minutes to change it. Then they gave us a room with no bathtub, when I asked, they said none of the rooms had tubs. Which I think was a lie because I had looked at the room before booking, and having a bathtub was a special request. This was my first and last time at a Hyatt place. After breakfast we left and found another hotel, in which I was able to use 3 different forms of payment. May your attendant just didn't know how to do it

Didn't like that I couldn't pay for my room with cash. In addition, the valet services fee was kinda excessive.
