We were in town for volleyball at the Metra and MSU-B, so the location was great!

The rooms could’ve been cleaner. Lots of dust on the counter edges, blow dryer, light fixtures, etc. It looked like it had not been wiped down in months…

The breakfast was good. The location was excellant. It was close to the Metra Park.

I thought the price was quite high. And there isn't a lot of parking.

The location was a plus being close to Metra! Friendly staff, clean facilities. Comfortable beds.

The king room we stayed in could use an upgrade!! Tv was way too small for the room. Jacuzzi could be upgraded also! The parking lot was way too small to accommodate all vehicles that stayed there. We had a hard time finding a place to park :(

They served a good breakfast, the king size bed was very comfortable, the shower head had good pressure, and I love the smell of the bar soap that Country Inn & Suites uses.

Our bathroom didn’t have any towel racks. Our room was on the street side of the building and it was noisy with traffic all night long.

The outside ambiance was nice.

The carpets were so dirty, the room carpet had a puke stain and what looks to be a blood stain. The walls in the hotel need a good painting, they were scuff marks everywhere. The walls in the room were badly damaged with a very poor patch job. The bathroom was so dirty, I refused to even shower, and sponge bathed instead. The shower drain took over 8 hours to drain the water that was in the shower. The walls needed a good cleaned with some scrubbing bubbles or something that would remove the water stains. The smell in the bathroom was awful. Will not be staying at this location again.

Love the room with double king beds.

Location to Metra is great

Room had a funny smell and heater did not control room temperature well
