the room, the staff, the breakfast.

the swimming pool and hot tub really needed work, it as very old. The water was not clean or up to par. it looked like it had not been tested and adjusted.

The room, beds were comfy. Decor was amazing. We stayed Christmas eve and Christmas day and the hotel was magically decorated. It made the holiday even more beautiful for our family.

Wished the pool had an actual swimming pool included not just a wading pool and slide area.

As we were leaving the next morning, a gentleman, I assume to be a manager of some sort, was loudly arguing with a guest. in the lobby. She was trying to apologize to him, but he was very rude and she got mad and said she was calling the police. Another staff member who was checking me out witnessed it as well. I don't care what she did, he was very unprofessional to have argued with her in the lobby. Very dismissive and rude. I am a property manager as well, over 20 years, and I would have fired his ass on the spot. Sorry, but you asked.

front desk to employees were not at all friendly.

They are supper dog friendly. They gave my dog a treat bag at check-in. Then location, places to walk your dog at pody time. Then breakfast, it was "A" ok.

I have stayed there off and on since it was brand new and it is starting to show alot of wear and tear. May need a little freshening up.
