I arrived at 11:30 pm, checked in, went to the room and the key wouldn’t work. Went back to the desk and was told the room was unusable. They had another room, a suite, but I would need to pay for the “upgrade.” The young man at the desk was not “authorized” to put me in that room without additional payment. I had reserved the room through Priceline, thus promised a room, but then they did not keep their promise. I ended up leaving with my son around midnight to find another hotel even though this hotel had open rooms.. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I am finished with Quality Inn, never again!

Very run down, not clean, very bad area, were told by police the whole third floor was drug addicts, police were there alot

Where do I start. Front door slammed behind us(broken). Broken tiles on floor right in front of desk. Computer systems didn't work (poor girl at counter had to use her phone). RED FLAGS!! Filthy carpets. Put key to our door, it opened, but wouldn't latch closed. Black mold all over the bathroom. We left for dinner, and to look for a different hotel for our second night. When we returned, the place was crawling with police, who told us to get our money back, and leave asap! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

no regular coffee in my room and they didn’t have any available at the desk also the coffee machine in the lobby was broken. The ice machines were completely empty in the morning so we couldn’t fill our glasses for our drive.

Dirty nasty rooms, there was body fluids on the skirt of bed.

Most disgusting filthy place I've ever stayed at. Refrigerator had mold in it plus it didn't work. 1/2 the channels on TV didn't work. 2 lights didn't work. Stains on furniture. They left the breakfast food out all day. Dirty counters and waffle maker left on all day unattended. No staff at front desk.
